CINCINNATI, May 23, 2012 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), today held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. 
At the meeting, Omnicare stockholders elected the seven directors who stood for election to the Company's Board of Directors to serve until the 2013 Annual Meeting or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified.

Also during the meeting, Omnicare stockholders ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the Company for 2012.

In a separate non-binding advisory vote, shareholders approved the compensation paid to Omnicare's named executive officers.
